Homemade Toddler Pizza

Michelle

Homemade Toddler Pizza : Quick & Easy Toddler pizzas, So easy in fact your toddler can make it! Oliver had his gorgeous friend Amarylis over for a play date & I decided to keep the children busy making lunch whist myself & Abby (Ama's mummy) caught-up on all the gossip.20131009-131729.jpg You can use any left over vegetables you have in the fridge & completely improvise with the toppings. I popped the toppings into small bowls & just let the toddlers be creative, they really were SO good, who knew pizza making could be so much fun! 20131009-131751.jpg Ingredients 1 muffin per person, cut in half 1 large bowl of grated cheese 1 small bowl sliced/ quartered cherry tomatoes 1 small bowl diced red pepper 1 small bowl diced yellow pepper 1 small bowl diced onion 1 small bowl chopped chorizo 20131009-131840.jpg Method Very lightly toast the muffins until just crisp but not brown 20131009-131820.jpg Spread a few spoonfuls of tomato purée or passata Sprinkle over your choice of toppings Cover with grated cheese Place under a pre-heated grill for about 4 minutes or until golden and bubbling The children had a wonderful time, the children loved their pizzas & so did the mummies! 20131009-131924.jpg I served these with homemade potato wedges, a recipe I will share soon... Enjoy! Michelle X
