Toddler friendly homemade Quiche Lorraine: Quick & easy quiche Lorraine, made with luxurious double cream & a reduced amount of bacon & onion so that's its toddler friendly, not too salty & a hint of onion but still delicious! I made this thinking I would have plenty for lunch for the next day but there wasn't even a tiny bit left, yummy!

Ingredients 1 recipe shortcrust pastry for a 23cm pie 3 rashers bacon thinly sliced 1/4 onion, finely diced 3 eggs, beaten 350ml (12 fl oz) double cream 150g (5 oz) grated Cheddar Salt & Pepper

20131010-200938.jpg Line pastry with parchment paper & baking beans Bake for 10 minutes Remove the parchment paper and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until pastry is set and dry

20131010-201038.jpg Remove from oven and turn down temperature to 160 C In a large bowl, mix together milk, and eggs Season generously Stir in bacon, onion and cheese together Pour egg mixture into pastry
